You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may sign in using supported providers such as Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page or mobile app. Account deletion is permanent and removes your leagues, memberships, and associated data from the Service, subject to limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights

The Service may allow you to import or sync data from third-party fantasy platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and import that data. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.

Rankings, valuations, news, and other reference data provided in the Service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any decision.

Some features require a paid Premium subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the applicable payment provider or account settings. Refund eligibility, if any, will be described at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Dynasty Manager or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNASTY MANAGER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynasty Manager from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
