Dynasty Manager ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dynasty Manager website and mobile application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile details such as your name, email address, and profile image provided by the sign-in provider.

League and usage data. We store the leagues, rosters, player evaluations, predictions, snapshots, and other content you create or import while using the Service, including data synced from third-party platforms such as Sleeper or Fleaflicker when you choose to import it.

Payment information. On the website, Premium payments are processed by Stripe. On iOS, Premium is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe and Apple handle billing in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Analytics and diagnostics. When enabled, we may collect usage events, page views, and technical information to improve the Service. Session replay, if enabled, masks text and input fields to reduce exposure of personal content.

Device and log data. We may automatically collect information such as browser type, IP address, app version, and error logs when you use the Service.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts
  • Process Premium subscriptions and related support
  • Sync and display league and player data you request
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, and payment processors
  • Third-party platforms you connect or import from, only to the extent needed to provide the feature you requested
  • Law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Data retention

We retain account and league data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page or mobile app settings. When you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from our systems, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or billing purposes.

Your choices

  • You can review or update account details through your sign-in provider where applicable
  • You can delete your Dynasty Manager account from Account settings
  • You can disconnect third-party imports by removing imported leagues or deleting your account

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
